About the Firm

Yates Law Offices' staff consists of three experienced paralegals that assist in all aspects of the law, including real estate, estate planning, estate administration, business formation, landlord/tenant, and collections.

Kristine Harrington
Kristine has been with Yates Law Offices, P.C. for over 8 years. She has 30 years of experience as a real estate paralegal and legal assistant in real estate law offices in the Hudson area. Kristine works closely with our real estate staff, clients, mortgage bankers and real estate brokers. Kristine resides in Hudson with her husband, Jim.

Edie Yates
Edie has been with Yates Law Offices, P.C. for 8 years working as a legal assistant in the pre-closing and post closing department, as well as supporting our Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Landlord/Tenant, Business Formation and Collections Departments. She previously worked for 20 years in the high tech field as an international customer manufacturing representative for Digital Equipment Corporation, Compaq Computer Company, and Hewlett Packard Corporation. She has a B.S .degree in Education from the University of Maine at Fort Kent. Edie resides in Hudson with her husband, Lincoln.

Ann Hildreth
Ann has been employed at the Yates Law Offices, P.C. as a part-time legal assistant over the past 8 years. She heads the post closing department clearing title issues as well as supporting other practice areas. She brings a diversified work experience to the office, having previously worked in medical, industrial, and real estate development fields. Ann was born and still resides in Hudson with her husband, Steve.
